Walk on the Downside

Walking through the familiar streets of Yokohama. Modern architecture rises above the history of the city. The photo taken looking down from my height is a bird’s-eye view at my height. Walking on the downside through this harrowing and evanescent world I search for the essence of Yokohama and its modern emblem. This time, I want to design a manufacturing  process that can be reproduced without me. I want to see if the person wearing it can walk the town with dignity. Whether this work “inhabiting the city” will be a camouflage or something to the contrary, I am not sure yet.
