Initially a cornerstone of Japan's modern era, this was the site of the thriving Imperial Silk Warehouse, where silk from all over Japan stockpiled. Currently undergoing a rebirth in the form of a multi-complex featuring high-rise condominiums, a hotel, and retailers, BankART KAIKO is located on the first floor of one of the restored Imperial Silkworm Warehouses built in 1926. While taking advantage of the 620-square-meter space privileged by the location, BankART will implement its alternative activities.
